I have to say, I didn't see this one coming. I expected them to just re-sign Mason. That being said, I will tell you how I feel about this after I see how he does for us.
I hate to see Eller leave because he was right on the cusp of playing for us, but then again he could be a bust. Jaro had an incredible run in the playoffs but hasn't ever played a full season in the bigs. It's one of those deals that looks really good on paper for the blues but could end up blowing up on us. I am optimistic about it though. I'm glad I have tickets again this year.
