Bust me dat 40

I used to listen to the Urge about 10 years ago - I had practically memorized Bust me dat 40, Puttin the Backbone back, and magically delicious. I sort of lost touch after that though.

Listening to that music now, I am amazed at how totally unique it is. Yeah it is ska/funk St. louis sound, but still totally unlike anything esle out there. Especially the guitar. Damn.

Anyhoo, those 3 albums shall remain in my collection in perpetuity.
